All the players who have been to Europe must put down a finger or sip of their drink. If nobody has done the thing, the person who said it puts down a finger or takes a sip.
Once the right people have their fingers down or sips taken, the next person in the circle takes a turn and says a “Never have I ever” statement. Continue going around the circle until everyone has had a turn.
If a person has all ten fingers down or has emptied their drink, they’re out of the game. The last person standing wins!
